Pregnant women and expectant families enrolled in our program receive services through a home-based program option. These services are designed to include opportunities of engagement in workshops on nutrition, health, and education.

We provide education, support, and enhanced understanding of the importance of prenatal and postpartum care as it relates to fetal development, the importance of nutrition, risks, postpartum recovery, depression, infant care, safe sleep practices, and the benefits of breastfeeding.

Home Based Visitors, with the support of a nursing professional, schedule weekly visits with the pregnant women and their families.
